Location and Accessibility
The conference will take place in Mary Gates Hall (registration, meals & receptions, parallel sessions) and Kane Hall (plenary sessions and keynote address) at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Both of these buildings and their rooms are wheelchair accessible, and the distance between them is just under 0.2 miles on wide paved or brick paths with ramp access to Red Square, where Kane hall is located.

Traveling to UW
FLYING and PUBLIC TRANSPORT: the nearest airport to UW is SeaTac Airport. Tips for parking on the UW Campus:

Seattle, WA 98105This will lead you to the main parking area on campus – Central Plaza Parking Garage. It is also the closest parking area to our conference buildings.
- Rates: The parking garage has a daily rate of $15 with an hourly, pro-rated refund up to 4 hours on the way out.Refunds are granted as follows:
0 – 30 min. $13.00
30 – 1 hr. $12.00
1 – 2 hr. $9.00
2 – 3 hr. $6.00
3 – 4 hr. $3.00
4+ hrs $0.00The Saturday rate is a $10 flat rate, all day. - Payment method: Campus parking may be paid with cash or a Visa/Mastercard.
- Hours: The garage is open 24/7. The hours for parking charges are 6a-9p, M-F and Saturdays from 7a-12p. There is always after-hours availability.
- Handicapped parking: If you have a placard and would like to find handicapped parking spaces (located near the elevators in the garage), please request disability parking upon purchasing your parking pass at the Gatehouse.
