Conference fees for members of the Association for Contemplative Mind in Higher Education (ACMHE) are $50 lower than fees for non-members. To activate your member discount, be sure you are logged in to your ACMHE member account when completing online registration.

Our regular rates do not include meals or accommodations (view suggested area hotels). You may purchase a meal ticket for lunch and dinner on Saturday for an additional $48.

Registration & Refund Policies
Registration closes on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. All registration payments are due by October 1, 2014.
Prior to September 23, 2014, we can grant 90% refunds for registration cancellations. After September 23, we are unable to grant refunds.
Regarding tickets which include meals: based on dining hall capacity, 200 tickets which include meals are available. After the dining hall capacity has been reached, tickets without meals included will still be available. There are several other dining options on the University of Washington campus. For a guide to dining on campus, please visit the UW Dining website. If you are interested in eating dinner off-campus, a restaurant guide will be provided before the conference.
